3. Engagements, scope, and delivery

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are agreed between you and TeaseCode before work begins, and are set out in the relevant proposal, order, or written agreement. We aim to deliver every engagement within the timeframe agreed for that engagement. Where a fixed service with a stated delivery window is offered, that window applies from the point we receive everything we need from you to begin.

4. Your responsibilities

To get accurate analysis, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You agree to use our work lawfully and for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the insights we provide.

5. Payment

Fees, payment terms, and any deposit or cancellation conditions are set out for each engagement before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as stated in the relevant proposal or order.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. In return, we ask that you respect the confidentiality of any proprietary materials, methods, frameworks, or tools we share with you in the course of an engagement.

7. Intellectual property

The reports, dashboards, materials, methods, and content created by TeaseCode remain the intellectual property of TeaseCode unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted the right to use deliverables for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our work as your own, or share proprietary methods and materials with third parties without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

TeaseCode provides analysis and guidance in good faith and with professional care, but our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaseCode is not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity arising from business decisions you make based on our work. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time as our practice or legal requirements evolve. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use of TeaseCode means you accept the current terms.
